Situated in the private and highly in-demand community of Puerto Alto next to the port of Estepona, the home is spacious and bright.

This flat is comprised of 2 big bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. There are 2 clean bathrooms with underfloor heating, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer and oven, a living room with marble flooring and comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a very large sunny south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Additional features include airconditioning, satellite TV, a washing machine, beach towels and wifi.Important information: to access the apartment you have to go down some stairs.

The flat is located in the quiet and gated community of Puerto Alto, which has 2 large outdoor pools (opening hours can vary depending on the season); Mediterranean style gardens and 24h security. Moments from a number of popular restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and Estepona´s finest beaches which are renown for their cleanliness, safety, and water quality. An easy walk to the gorgeous old town with its colourful hanging baskets and winding cobbled streets. Puerto Alto is in a tranquil location yet close to all the necessary conveniences. Weekend in Estepona

The flat was exactly as listed, pristinely clean, very well equipped, lovely balcony, super comfy bed, can highly recommend!We didn’t go to the pools at the property- beaches are minutes walk away- but the pool immediately outside the apartment looked great, and hardly anyone there. So if you prefer pool to beach, this is the place for you!
