Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment in the superb Costalita complex. The property is comfortable and well furnished, perfect for friends and families to enjoy. The master bedroom provides a large double bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 single beds. Costalita is fully gated with 24 hour security, DIRECT BEACH ACCESS, large swimming pool (open end of May to October), manicured gardens and water features.



Located between Puerto Banús and Estepona, guests have an easy 10-15 minute drive in either direction to enjoy all!



The property features a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything needed by those guests wishing to cook and entertain from their holiday home (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc). The living room is bright and spacious, providing a dining area with 6 seats, and a comfortable L-shaped sofa (sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests) facing a smart TV. The living room also provides access onto the sunny east facing terrace, furnished with exterior sofa and 2 chairs around a coffee table. The terrace enjoys views of the communal pool and gardens.



The master bedroom offers a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds, plenty of storage space, and shares use of the guests bathroom (bath/shower) located just outside the bedroom door.



The apartment has centralised A/C (hot and cold) throughout the property (in all rooms), and strong fibre optic WIFI is also provided. Private underground parking provided below the apartment, with lift up to the property.



The Costalita urbanisation is beachfront and is perfectly situated for beachgoers and walkers, with the beachfront promenade providing easy access to numerous beach bars and restaurants along the coast up to Estepona promenade. Costalita is also centrally located to numerous golf courses, tennis and padel courts, as well as windsurfing and kitesurfing spots, making it a great base for most holiday escapes.



Ideal for families, couples and sensible groups, the property does not accept party groups or groups under the age of 21 years old.
