Woning gelegen in een afgesloten domein biedt een accommodatie met privétuin,. Dominion Beach heeft een restaurant, twee buitenzwembaden, een fitnessruimte en privéstrand met gratis ligzetels.
Op het gelijkvloers bevindt zich een volledig uitgeruste keuken met aansluitend een berging met wasmachine en droogkast. Apart gastentoilet.
De living/eetkamer is voorzien met eettafel, stoelen, salon, Tv, wifi en airco.
Het buitenterras met tuin is voorzien van de nodige accommodatie.
Op de benedenverdieping is er een slaapruimte met 2 tweepersoonsbedden en een slaapbank. Deze ruimte heeft een eigen ruime badkamer met wastafel, douche en toilet.
