Very Disappointed a big let down

Hi There this was the worse Hotel experience of our trip so far . We arrived Nobody at reception Then our room 1 pillow 1 cover 1 Towel 1 Toilet roll Once We got that sorted (with thin uncomfortable pilloww ) issues continued with no water in the room no cups not tea or coffee no bin in Toilet clock not working overall a Very Dissatisfied stay as this hotel was expensive and was extremely basic in a poor location with not alot of amenities therefore i would Definitely Avoid Staying here and would not recommend. Got a better room and amenities with a cheaper hotel

Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for.

fantastic stay in a stylish hotel with good staff

hotel staff very helpful and were able to assist me even though my German is terrible hotel room is well styled and in reasonable condition bed only had one pillow extra one was in cupboard but with no cover in room mini bar not stocked but product is available during business hours in the lobby but nothing after hours

I use this hotel to make a stop-over when travelling through Germany. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The interiors make a nice change to standard network hotels. Overall -- very professional, quiet, and clean.

We stopped at Vitalonge hotel while transiting through Germany – the hotel is just a few minutes off the Authbahn, making it perfect for a stop-over. I was very positively surprised by the size of the room and overall quality. Very friendly staff, quiet place.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Big free parking. The only one problem was while check in... No one was at the reception, had to wait, call a phone number. It was somehow too much after a working day.

Shocking

Arrived at the hotel but no one at reception which is understandable in this day and age, was instructed to call a number and then told to open the key safe and take a specific room key... the room was still unmade from the previous occupant, no problem these things happen. Then told to take another key which meant I was on the top floor, the heat in the room was unbearable! Decided to use the gym that the hotel boasts but on the way there I discovered I was locked in the hotel as the door handle was broken on the outside. After exiting through the fire escape I was told that I could not because I was wearing a sleeveless t-shirt!? I have never heard of this before and and all of the women I could see was wearing vest tops so is this some kind of sexual discrimination? Unfortunately I didn’t have another T-shirt with me so had no choice but to return to my hot room and try to sleep.
