Great hotel, fantastic staff

First time in this Düsseldorf hotel and it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and reception. Room was super clean and fresh, best bed linen and pillows I've had for a long time (and I'm a frequent traveller). I didn't try the breakfast as I'm not a morning food person and €23 per person seemed expensive. Well done to all the team, it was a wonderful stay.

The service was good. The location is nice. The beds are too soft and the room temperature control is challenging in winter. Too hot them too cold then too hot etc.
