Good location and large place
. 4 levels (50 steps to top) Has basic kitchen essentials with nice outdoor areas and great views of ocean/sunsets. Slightly challenging for English speaking people but manageable. Does have some odors (cat urine) on lower 2 levels and WiFi only works on top 2 floor. Not luxurious but a good deal for the money ! Essaouria is very nice - lots of good restaurants!!

Perfect Sea View Escape!

We spent 2 relaxing weeks in Dar Nouchka...most of it on the upper terrace enjoying the sea breezes, watching the antics of the seagulls, & relaxing! Great location close to Place Moulay Hassan and sea wall - the faint strains of the musicians in the square or the live music from nearby Taros restaurant added to the ambience without intruding.

Wonderful stay with perfect location

We loved our stay - perfect location in the medina with easy access to the port and beach. The riad was not damp, unlike others we've stayed in in the medina. The decor is beautiful and the kitchen next to the terrace is great. Beautiful views from the roof top!! Comfortable beds and showers! We recommend!

Nice Riad

This was our second stay at Dar Nouchka. Khadija who manages the house is kind and welcoming and happy to help as needed. The house is comfortable with a lovely upper courtyard garden and a terrace to watch the fort and the sea. A very central location you will hear the call(s) to prayer and are only 2 minutes from cafes, shops etc. We will be back!

Great location and lovely sea views.

Perfect location near the iconic main square and busy fishing port ideal for leisurely walks browsing the picturesque stalls around the old town or out along the sea front to the bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the sea views from the roof terrace and breakfast on the patio provided by Khadija. Yes there is the daily 3:45AM call to prayer, and the entrance to the property is a little subterranean, but after a day or two acclimatising these just add to the charm and enhance the Essaouira experience.

Ausblick genial

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche in Essaouira, ein lebhaftes und touristisch gut erschlossenes StĂ€dtchen. Das Haus liegt shr nahe am Hafen und gut zu allen nötigen GeschĂ€ften. Das Haus besteht aus dem Eingang im EG, zwei Zimmern mit jeweils Bad im OG1, Wohnzimmer und zwei Zimmern mit gemeinsamem Bad im OG2 und KĂŒche mit umschlossener Dachterrasse im OG3. DarĂŒber folgen noch einmal zwei Teiletagen mit jeweils Dachterrasse und Hammeraussicht. Schöner geht kaum mehr.Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut aufgeteilt, wie viele HĂ€user in Marokko in den unteren, sonnengeschĂŒtzten Etagen etwas dunkel. Man muß aufpassen, den Tag nicht zu verschlafen.Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt macht das Haus den Eindruck, daß die EigentĂŒmer es auch selbst fĂŒr den Uarlub nutzen - und es schön haben wollen. Zudem scheinen Sie auch den Geschmack dafĂŒr zu haben. Uns hat es rundum gefallen.

La maison est idéalement située, tant pour la vue que pour l'accÚs.

AprÚs quelques jours itinérants dans l'atlas et le sud, cette maison est idéale pour profiter de vacances reposantes. Tout Essaouira est à quelques enjambées : excellents restos, animation, artisanat, port etc...

Joli Riad et Excellent emplacement en bordure de médina

Un emplacement idéal en bordure de la Médina, face au port. Un Riad trÚs coquet et propre, avec plusieurs terrasses, ombragées ou non, idéal en inter saison (fin avril pour nous). Un trÚs bon accueil par Khadija qui s'est rendue disponible pour les petits déjeuners délicieux et un plat typique pour notre dernier soir à Essaoura ! Un bémol néanmoins à savoir : l'accÚs par un petit tunnel (15m env.) aux odeurs parfois nauséabondes qui peuvent rentrer jusque dans le Riad. Un voisin en serait la cause principale.. Cela peut donc évoluer dans le bon sens. Sinon le lieu serait parfait et vaut malgré tout la réservation.

Zauberhafter Riad

Mit einem atemberaubenden Blick ĂŒber den Hafen und den Atlantik bietet dieser schöne Riad alles, was man in Essaouira sucht: perfekte Lage, Ruhe und AuthentizitĂ€t! Er ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und die großzĂŒgige KĂŒche lĂ€dt zum kochen ein - schließlich gibt es im Souk alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Höhepunkt sind die drei Terassen, deren beide oberen spektakulĂ€re SonnenuntergĂ€nge ĂŒber dem Meer bieten, tolles Haus! Jederzeit wieder!

On a tous adoré

Riad idĂ©alement situĂ© et ses 3 de terrasses quand il fait beau sont un paradis !!! Mention spĂ©ciale pour Khadija qui nous a cuisinĂ© tous les jours des plats plus bons les uns que les autres !!! C’est la deuxiĂšme fois que nous sejournons dans ce Riad et nous y retournerons sĂ»rement !!!
