Located within walking distance to the sandy beaches of Cepaes, Esposende, this modern villa is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated and furnished with quality in mind. The interior is decorated to a high standard and is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating. In addition to the private swimming pool, guests have the use of a (clay) tennis court and small 5 a side football pitch - a delight for children and adults.

Fantastic villa
This villa is fantastic and very modern. It is very spacious and clean and the kitchen is well equiped. There are many activities both indoor and outdoor with the pool, tennis court and football field and indoor with the combined table for pool and table tennis. We all enjoyed these activities very much, especially the teenagers. We also enjoyed the covered terrace very much. It is just a short walk to the beach which is nice with a board walk along the coast line. The villa is within a one hour drive from the center of Porto which is a very beautiful city.
