Near Esporles, on a beautiful mountain property of 52,000 m², there is the 2-storey finca Casa Roca. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the country home offers 500 m² of living space and a cosy living/dining room with high ceilings, wooden beams, antique decor and a beautiful shelf that covers a whole wall. The villa also features a fully-equipped country kitchen with an eating area, 4 bedrooms (3 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a gym, 3 bathrooms, a basement as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The house is especially designed for adult guests, but also welcomes children. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, 2 baby cots and a high chair. In one of the many seating areas you can prepare delicious meals from the barbecue, relax on the covered porch and enjoy the absolutely breathtaking views of the mountains, sea and bay of Palma. The wonderful rock garden and Mediterranean plants create an atmosphere of well-being that invites you to relax for a few hours. The absolute highlight is the saltwater pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers. Refresh yourself in the cool water, read a good book and let the nature of the surroundings work its magic on you. Thanks to its optimal location, a supermarket, the Establiments shopping area and some restaurants are 7.5 km away in Esporles (18 minutes by car) or in Palma (15 minutes by car). The beautiful sandy beaches of Palma and the bays of the north coast are about 15 km away from the accommodation. Relax in your personal holiday paradise and forget the worries of everyday life!
