Unfortunate broken parking fob and missing ironing board were sorted quickly and easily. Would have been nice to have a small heater to supplement the underfloor heating. Great location - especially for us as attending a funeral in the area.

It’s a lovely apartment, clean and tidy. I didn’t like the fact that a key 🔑 and a manager were not easily available at first, it was stressful to deal with it specially after a long trip. Perhaps next time will be better. Thank you so much for correcting those issues afterwards.

Will avoid both hotels.com and Hiisi in the future. Stayed with Hiisi before and it was good but this time they simply messed up my booking.

The place was not hotel but it was a normal big house. There was not any reception. Our room was not clean and we were obligated to clean before staying. There was small kitchen and also dish washer. Soap was missing from the badroom and we should buy own. Toilet paper was also missing. The personal was nice.

It’s a true apartment in Espoo. It’s spacious for a European apartment and it has everything that you might need. Sort of a hotel/apartment hybrid. The manager is not on site but they are very responsive to email and they do speak English. I would totally stay there again.

When I booked I was told to pick up the key at a certain address. I did not know that this address was just the general address for the train station and when I arrived I had no idea where to get the key. It didn't help that the address for the train station was obliterated by construction. I phoned the number and couldn't get through. I called expedia who were able to get through and connected me. Expedia were really helpful. The fellow then sent me an aerial photo showing where I could pick up the key. Luckily my phone still had a charge. He also sent these instructions to my email a few hours before but I hadn't checked my email. I think it would have been better if I had received instructions on where to pick up the key upon booking instead of when I arrived. Or at the very least I should have been warned when I booked that the pickup location of the key would be given to us the day we arrived so I would have know what to expect. The place itself was very nice.

+ Huone tilava ja siisti. Käyttövalmis minimi varustuksella matkaavalle. Keittiöstä löytyi ruuanlaittoon perus välineet. Roskien lajittelu roskis huoneessa monipuolisempi kuin mitä huoneessa mainittu, mutta normaali lajittelu omatoimisesti onnistuu. - Rikkaharja ja -lapio puuttui.

Prima appartement. Zeer duidelijke check-inn and chrck-out. Parkeerplaats is in nabij gelegen parkeergarage, toegang hiertoe is inbegrepen. Erg handig (ook omdat je dan niet hoeft te je ruiten hoeft te ontdoen van sneeuw).

Perushuoneisto

Pääkuva ei ole kohteesta. Rakennus ja huoneisto yleisilmeeltään uusi ja ihan kiva paikka. Sijainti hyvä omaan tarkoitukseeni. Huoneistot ovat osa normaalia asuinkerrostaloa. Äänieristys on heikko ja asunnoista kuuluu huonolla tuurilla paljonkin häiritsevää melua. Parkkihalliin kannattaa varata paikka, koska kadulle ei pysty pysäköimään. Halli hyvä! Siisteydestä on muitakin kommentteja annettu. Varsinkin liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet olivat tahraiset eli käytin omia. Kylpyhuoneen viemärit haisivat ronskisti. Mutta kaadoin sinne reilusti vettä ja perään ruokaöljyä, mikä esti hajun. Tätä jouduin toistamaan pari kertaa asumiseni aikana. Minun mielestä perustasoa parempi hostel huoneisto ja itse sain vielä kivaan hintaan.
