Pousada bem localizada e arborizada Funcionários atenciosos e bem treinados.Quarto limpo, como roupas de cama adequadas e limpas, refeições diversificadas. Estacionamento deve ser reformado, está sem manutenção, pois tem areal com risco de atolar os veículos e as baias para colocar o carro com buracos. Outra observação é sobre a piscina que apesar de ter uma parte rasa, tipo degrau, não há escada pra sair da piscina o que dificulta para sair da parte funda para a rasa. Um idoso pode ter dificuldades. No banheiro da minha suíte a posicão da ducha higiênica esta mal poscionada, dificultando a utilização da mesma. Pousada oferece alguns atrativos de passeios e bikes para rodar na vila, além de música e violão na piscina aos sábados.

O atendimento é bem simpático. A localização é próxima a praia. A pousada é simples, mas com muitas plantas e uma boa piscina. Entretanto, totalmente deficitária em acessibilidade seja para cadeirantes ou pessoas com deficiência visual. O café da manhã, o colchão precisam ser melhorados.

Atenção .

Pontos negativos : Funcionária da recepção mal preparada. Quarto muito pequeno. 14 m. Roupas de cama não estavam bem limpas. Cheiro de esgoto no banheiro . A internet não funcionou . Não conseguimos assistir tv. Precisa melhorar bastante o café da manhã , principalmente para hóspedes que ficam mais de um dia. Pontos positivos : boa piscina A pizza do restaurante é boa . O passeio incluído na hospedagem foi muito bom . Conclusão : não recomendo pelo custo benefício . Melhor ficar numa pousada mais em conta ou ir logo para o Hotel mais caro .

Experiência em Baixio

Excelente experiência! Local aconchegante, atendimento muito bom e boa infraestrutura e limpeza. O único ponto negativo que presenciei está relacionado com um forte odor de retorno nos ralos do banheiro da suíte. E não é um problema pontual, o odor é contínuo. Precisa resolver isso pq o lugar é muito gostoso para ter uma avaliação negativa por conta disso. No mais, recomendaria com certeza e se algum dia voltar a Baixio, certamente ficarei hospedado lá.
