Disappointing

We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchenette for five of us. We found a microwave and a hob but there were no pots, pans, cutlery, crockery or utensils. İt took over two hours and a reminder to produce a very basic kit. No lock on the bathroom door, which always slid back a few inches to reveal those showering or sitting on the toilet. Safe couldn't be opened. Doors jammed on oversized rugs. Total carelessness spoiled a potentially excellent hotel.

Great, roomy hotel for anyone visiting Eskisehir!

Our family of 4 stayed in their 2-bedroom suite and we had a lot of space to unpack and move around. The hotel is walking distance to a number of restaurants and coffee shops, so that was covered. It is a 10-15mins drive to the major tourist destinations in the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place when you are in Eskisehir.

Overall very good to excellent, the cleaning lady didn’t empty bin so it overflowed. Mild not available unless you ask for breakfast but other than that it was a very pleasant experience. The reception lady was super kind and helpful
