Delightful stay

I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid. Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Hotellet ligger nära till allt och är placerad vackert nära sjön och Klosters kyrka. Spa-avdelningen är fin och lätt att få parkering. Frukosten var jättefin och höll måttet med råge. Personalen var hjälplig och kunde assistera mig med lite grejer som var viktigt för mig under min vistelse i Eskilstuna. Bra hotell till bra priser! Jag kommer att återvända!

Kallt rum till en början tills man hittade ett avstängt element. Sedan var det behagligt. Väldigt kallt badrum med stengolv utan golvvärme. Det är ett gold hotell med både bra läge och fin utsikt. Bra restauranger och utbud, nära till allt. Dock väldigt begränsat med parkering, pool ingår inte utan kostar 595:-(!) per person, och dessutom åldersgräns på 18 år. Ja, kanske något som ligger på mig att kontrollera, men den tänkta familjeresan på hotell med bad och mys uteblev således. Fanns möjlighet till morgonbad med barn, men fortfarande till samma kostnad för bara 2,5 timmar. Det blir tyvärr ett annat hotell nästa gång för oss.
