In the beautiful old town of Esen you will find this comfortable holiday home "Teetied31" with approx. The bright and friendly designed rooms were completely refurbished in early 2017 with high quality inventory such as B. Fitted kitchen, 1.80 m box spring bed (large bedroom), double loft bed (small bedroom), Siemens washer dryer, 49 inch Curve HD TV cable TV, multimedia, Netflix, Amazon ... there is also free WiFi, a terrace with a grill and a garage for your car!

In front of the house there are several parking spaces directly on the access road, you can store your bicycles in the garage.

The attractive location is ideal for long walks, bike tours and voyages of discovery in the unique nature of East Frisia. So you can actively experience your holiday on the North Sea and benefit optimally from the attractive climate of the North Sea.

Wir waren zu viert mit 2 Kleinsthunden für 10 Tage in dem gepflegten Haus, das sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet ist. Wir haben alles was man braucht und einiges darüber hinaus vorgefunden. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem sind auch vorhanden. Die Betten (Boxspring und Etagenbetten)und die große Couch im Wohnzimmer sind sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen/gesessen, wie man das sonst oft in Ferienhäusern hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und passend eingerichtet und auch dekoriert, man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Etagenbett ausgestattet, welches von unserem erwachsenen Sohn und seiner Freundin genutzt wurde. Die Betten sind auch für Erwachsene geeignet und bequem, wenn es einem nichts ausmacht, "getrennt" zu schlafen. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und praktisch mit Hund. Ein nicht einsehbarer Platz mit Möbeln zum Frühstücken, Grillen ist vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt- sehr ruhig und doch nur ein kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort einige vorhanden-es fehlt an nichts. Esens selbst ist ein angenehmes ruhiges Städtchen, in dem man nett bummeln und gut essen kann. Am Strand von Bensersiel ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten und von da kann man mit der Fähre nach Langeoog - auch einen Ausflug wert. Von hier aus sind einige Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit erreichbar-wie Seehundstation, Jever usw.

Das war das beste Ferienhaus, was wir jemals an der Nordsee hatten (und wir waren schon in einigen). Die Größe, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, die Lage, alles nahezu perfekt. Wir hatten viel schlechtes Wetter, aber das Ferienhaus hat uns einen Großteil des Urlaubs gerettet.

Zentralgelegenes modernes Ferienhaus

Die Lage des Hauses und das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr nah am Zentrum von Esens. Geschäfte und Restaurants im Zentrum sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmärkte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fahrrad fahren ist auch optimal, da die Gegend über ein gut ausgebautes Radewegenetz verfügt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

We hadden een goede vakantie. Helaas net die ene week met veel regen. We moesten ca half uur rijden om met hond naar strand te kunnen. Hond moesf overal aan de lijn op een paar speelveldjes na. Geen aanrader voor mensen die hun hond meenemen.

Sehr schönes Domizil

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Sehr grosszügig, toll ausgestattet und mega sauber. Die Lage ist grossartig, eine ruhige Strasse am Ortsrand. Zu Fuss nach Esens ist man in wenigen Minuten. Der Ort ist sehr nett, es gibt einige nette Restaurants und auch Bäcker, Metzger und Discounter. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen netten Garten, der zwar an der Strasse liegt, aber man dennoch ungestört sich dort aufhalten kann, da kaum jemand vorbei kommt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Für sein Hundebett war im Wohnzimmer oder auch woanders genug Platz und den Garten hat er als Beobachtungspunkt genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Schnuckeliges Ferienhaus in bester Lage

In ruhiger Wohngegend gegenüber einem herrlichen (weil eigentlich als Park fungierenden, von riesigen alten Linden gesäumten) Friedhof gelegen, ist das Häuschen bester Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (einschl. ans Meer, bzw. auf die Inseln Langeoog, Spiekeroog usw.). Nach Jahren des Nichtreisens nicht mehr an Ferienwohnungen/-häuser gewohnt, hatten wir die Regel Nr. 1 leider vergessen: Man muss IMMER ein scharfes Messer von zuhause mitbringen :-) Denn das haben Ferienhäuser nie, und so auch dieses nicht. In allen anderen Aspekten ließ es aber nichts vermissen. Für eine Familie von drei ideal proportioniert (bei einem vierten Mitreisenden müsste man bedenken, dass der oder die aufs Stockbett muss, könnte klaustrophobisch werden). Bequem, behaglich, viele Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, ein kleines Gärtchen (von uns wg. der Wetterlage nicht genutzt), wo man sicher hübsch raussitzen oder Federball spielen kann. Alles SEHR sauber - während unseres Aufenthalts war ein kleines Ameisenproblem nicht zu übersehen, aber eben auch nicht, dass der Eigentümer/Betreiber davon wusste und bereits Maßnahmen ergriffen hat. Not a big deal (bzw. sicherlich bald gar kein Deal). Esens die quintessentiell friedlich-beschauliche Kleinstadt mit allem, was man von einer solchen erwarten darf (das merkwürdige Turmmuseum der Kirche unbedingt zu empfehlen, schon weil Eintritt frei! Mit tollem Ausblick vom Turmfenster aus.) Versorgungslage dank EDEKA bequemst. Betreiber ein gelassener Profi. 5*!

Nur das Wetter war zu bemängeln

Die gesamte Abwicklung (checkin/out) war völlig unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren erreichbar, ansprechbar und freundlich. Die FeWo war sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe dem Zentrum ist ideal. Die bekannten Supermärkte/Discounter sind gut erreichbar (teils auch fußläufig). Einzig für das Wetter im Zeitraum 14.12. 23 bis 11.01.24 wird noch nach einer Klagemauer gesucht. Ansonsten auch gerne wieder.

Urlaubsfeeling von Anfang an

Die Wohnung ist in allen Räumen praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, von Müslischalen bis hin zum Milchaufschäumer, von Teekannen- und -service bis Kaffee- und Senseomaschine. Gewürze waren gut sortiert vorhanden. Fahrräder konnten in der Garage geparkt werden. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben - und ein netter Vermieter!

Alles was das Herz begehrt ❤️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Esens. Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hilfreich ist die Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Im Umkreis ist vieles fußläufig zu erreichen (Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bäcker, Restaurants sowie die süße Innenstadt). Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig gegenüber eines Friedhofs gelegen. Bensersiel mit Strand und Hafen ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Von dort kann man auch mit der Fähre nach Langeoog übersetzen. Diverse weitere Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls in naher Umgebung zu erreichen (insbesondere für Kinder). Der Gastgeber ist stets persönlich oder per WhatsApp erreichbar gewesen und zudem sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist ganz fantastisch. Trotz der Zentrumsnähe ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Außerdem ist sie sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal dort.
