Kleine Dachgeschosswohnung

Wohnung war gut ausgestattet.Leider war es in den hinteren Ecken nicht überall sauber.Auf eine Nachfrage per Mail, bekamen wir keine Antwort.Die Lage ist toll, da nur ein paar Schritte zur Innenstadt.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für Kurzurlaub

Mein Partner und ich waren über den Jahreswechsel für vier Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Dank der vorab per Mail erhaltenen Informationen, haben wir die Wohnung und den Stellplatz ohne Probleme gefunden.Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und die wichtigsten Dinge wie das Badezimmer, die Küche und Betten auch sauber. Auf dem zweiten Blick hat man jedoch gemerkt, dass man sich auf diese Bereiche auch nur konzentriert hat und die Ecken und Dachbalken nicht gesäubert wurden. Hier waren leider Spinnen- und Staubfäden zu sehen. Auch die Dachfenster waren nicht ganz in Ordnung. Eines sollte man gar nicht mehr öffnen (laut angebrachtem Zettel) und das zweite war sehr schwer zu schließen. Auch die Abdeckung der Klospülung war leider nicht mehr vorhanden.Dennoch würde ich die Wohnung insgesamt, gerade für Pärchen, weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich!

Wir (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Söhnen) haben über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort gewohnt und tagsüber diverse Nahziele an der Nordseeküste besucht. Das war eine gelungene Kombination von Sight-Seeing mit einem für uns perfektem Domizil im pittoresken nahe-bei-Städtchen Esens in einer sehr einladenden, sehr geschmackvoll und bestens ausgestatteten, geräumigen Ferienwohnung in ganz zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage. Die räumliche Struktur der Wohnung und des Zugangs ist anheimelnd, begrenzt allerdings die Eignung etwas: Gehbehinderung würde den Zugang über die Wendeltreppe und spätestens zum dritten/vierten Schlafplatz im Spitzboden erschweren. Wehrige Kinder könnten riskant herumklettern. Schlafzimmerintimität könnte wegen offener Anlage vermisst werden.

Diese Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen sie liegt mega zentral und ist total gemütlich und gepflegt wenn wir das nächste Mal an die See fahren ist das die beste Wahl Mfg Familie Grobe
