A hospedagem foi tão ruim que eu mandei um email reclamando, peço que leiam com atenção por favor: PEÇO QUE LEIAM TODO ESSE EMAIL COM MUITA ATENÇÃO! O motivo desse email é fazer uma reclamação formal sobre esse hotel e as condições de suas instalações. Se é que podemos chamar de instalações. São tantos pontos a reclamar, que honestamente nem sei por onde começar..., mas, de cara, o preço... R$ 1677,04 por duas noites, ou seja, R$ 838,52 por noite... nível de valor para hotéis 4 estrelas, de alto nível!!! O nível desse hotel não está acorde ao valor da diária, e isso só pude saber quando cheguei no hotel. Diárias nessa faixa de preço normalmente tem uma geladeira ou frigobar, uma mesa para trabalhar minimamente em condições para um executivo, um banheiro com itens de higiene pessoal disponíveis..., janelas com blackout para uma boa noite de descanso... enfim... estamos falando de UMA DIÁRIA DE MAIS DE OITOCENTOS REAIS!!! FAÇO UM DESTAQUE À QUANTIDADE DE PERNILONGOS DENTRO DO QUARTO. Já viajei o mundo, mas foi a primeira vez que me deparei com um dispositivo daqueles que a luz atrai os pernilongos... DENTRO DO QUARTO. Quando eu reclamei da quantidade de pernilongos, me “disponibilizaram um inseticida”!!!!!! Vejam as fotos abaixo: CONCLUSÃO: minha reclamação tem fundamentos. Está tudo documentado, não estou exagerando. Exijo a devolução de meu dinheiro (já paguei a reserva no cartão de crédito da empresa). Destaco que eu dormi somente a noite do dia 19/03, a noite de 20/03.

Muy mal hotel ESPANTOSA EXPERIENCIA

Terrible, al inicio la señorita cuando pregunté por habitación comenzó a carcajearse por razón sin motivo, luego me ofreció una habitación solo con una cama cuando había reservado dos camas y que si quería de dos camas era donde no había agua caliente , el cuarto era un fuerte olor a cemento estaba sucio y la verdad muy mala experiencia y me dijo que reservar aquí era una tontería que era mejor con ellos porque eran más baratos
