Great Experience

The house accommodated our family of 13, ages 4 to 77 very comfortably. The game room was a hot spot for every age. The pool and spa were also a favorite spot. When we weren't at the house we were at Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and the ocean. Those trips took between 30 and 60 minutes to get to depending on traffic. Communications with our host were great. Mo always responded quickly. When a couple items weren't at the house that were supposed to be there, he made sure we got those items as quickly as possible. The only thing I would say that needs to be fixed would be the entrance to the driveway. The bottom of our car scraped every time. I'm not sure how you would fix that. Most of our cars parked on the road.We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

This property was a great place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves. It was just right for all of us during the celebration of our son's wedding. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions for check-in and even assisting when we needed to find something or had trouble with something.

We loved the pool and hot tub! The house is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and two children. The backyard is truly amazing!

Great place and host

The house was what you’d expect from the listing and the host was super helpful and understanding. Backyard is a great environment and perfect for a getaway. But be warned when you read the rules and it says quiet hours at 9pm they mean it. We were by the fire talking at a normal level but got called in due to the neighbor. The next door neighbor is a someone to watch out for, around 10pm me and one other person were outside whispering and he yelled threatening to wake us up and proceeded to rev his engine at 6am to wake us up. All in all the place is amazing and so is the host just be aware that the quiet after 9 is very strict and the neighbor will ensure you follow it.

Overall good place

We had a big group of kids. We really enjoyed cooking for the whole family and eating outside and enjoying everyone’s company. Everything was great except the following: No music allowed at the pool. ??? No one allowed outside past 9pm. Cops came to the door because we were talking by the fire pit. Which contradicts the use of the fire pit. The sun went down at 8pm.

Holiday stay in Escondido

We had an absolute wonderful time with family staying here. The home was very clean and well put together. Full stocked kitchen for cooking, game room for the kids, and a wonderful outside patio with pool and spa. The host, Mo , was amazing with communication and making sure everything was well taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Family celebrating a week of THANKS!

After a year of many family losses and diagnoses, it was important to gather the family for togetherness and support. We could not have picked a better place. The Kids/Grandkids enjoyed all the home had to offer. Property manager was understanding and accommodating. Nice house and location, fun for all.

Memories made at the Ultimate Get away

This property accommodated our family of 13 for the week very comfortably. The house was clean, checkin and out super easy and had everything we needed for the week. The outdoor space is so amazing. The outdoor pool and hot tub were loved by the grandkids. There were enough pool towels for everyone! The adults enjoyed nights by the fire pit. The beds were comfy so everyone was able to get a good nights rest and be ready to go the next day. The location was within 30 minutes of anywhere we wanted to adventure to. We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Meetup

This was a great meet up spot for 5 families from all over the country. Our group included 6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 2 1/2 to 7 years old. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of comments about how comfortable the beds were. We ventured out only once, going to a beach 40 minutes away and everyone wanted to get back quickly to the house for pool, spa and game room time. Communication with Mo was seamless and he responded so promptly to everything and brought us new pool floats when I shared that the others were flat. Highly recommend for large family groups that want to spend time with each other swimming and enjoying the property.

Spring Break Fun

The property is exactly as described, and had everything we needed. The everyone enjoyed the pool and game room. We also enjoyed quiet nights out by the fire pit. The house had plenty of room with bedrooms for everyone, as well as linens. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place to others, and stay here again when in the area.
