The view was breathtaking!! The room needed to be repaired gouges in the wall. Black mold in the bathroom. Air conditioner rattled. Overall just run down. Needs a makeover.

The property was dirty, carpets were filthy in rooms and hallways. The whole building smelled awful, like cigarette smoke and pot. Staff was not helpful. Pretty sure there were drugs deals happening outside in the real of the building. Do not stay here. Just terrible!

This hotel needs to advertise no elevators as seniors having to bring stuff upstairs. Hotel smelled so bad & carpets old. We almost left but from traveling to tired.

Very friendly staff, convenient location and comfortable and clean room. The hotel needs to be updated, though. It is non-smoking, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke- probably from the old carpeting. We really appreciated that we could still have breakfast even though we were a bit late.

AVOID! GROSS! UNPROFESSIONAL!

DO NOT STAY HERE. We planned to do one night to end a road trip circling Lake Michigan. The place we showed up at is nowhere near what is pictured. Absolutely disgusting and scratchy linens and smelled like mold. Incredibly noisy, and very sketchy. 20-something guy at front desk had terrible vibes. Gym was in total disrepair. It felt like some level of illegal activity was happening. Our dog has stayed in countless hotels, townhomes, and cabins, and has NEVER been as on guard and stressed as he was. Dog also kept smelling a spot on the bed.... We decided to pack up during a rainstorm to stay elsewhere. The front desk guy claimed to cancel my reservation so I wouldn't be charged, but he let it go through. I luckily was able to dispute it with my CC company.
