Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung, eher zu groß für zwei, aber mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, aber auch Straßenbahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern für ein paar Tage in Erfurt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und hat alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Es lohnt sich definitiv hier mehr Zeit zu verbringen und in auch die überaus gut ausgestattete Küche vollumfänglich zu nutzen. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV super.

Sehr gut gelegene, moderne Wohnung mit vielen tollen Details

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Erfurt ist eine schöne und saubere Stadt. Die Wohnung hat eine extrem gute Ausstattung und viele sehr gut überlegte Details. Die Dachterrasse und Sauna mit der Sitzliege waren unsere absoluten Highlights. Wir kommen definitiv noch einmal wieder.

die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, die Betten wunderbar zum Schlafen. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, der Fernseher riesig und die Küche mit allem Pi-Pa-Po :-) Unser Highlight war das Badezimmer, das fanden wir farblich und einrichtungstechnisch topp! Wer allerdings im Schlafzimmer kein Licht erträgt, hat es schwer, denn es leuchten viele kleine Lämpchen an den Lichtschaltern. Diese technische Spielerei ist sicher nicht jedermanns/frau Sache, aber insgesamt ist das Konzept stimmig.

Mehr Technik geht kaum :D

Schöne, stilvolle und besonders moderne Wohnung. Die zig kleinen Lichtschalter und Bedienoptionen haben mir Spaß gemacht, meine Frau war genervt. Mit etwas Konzentration hatte man nach drei Tagen alle Funktionen blind raus….wenn man es will. Gute Lage, 15-20 Minuten zum Zentrum zu Fuß. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, super Lage

Wir standen bei -8° bei verschlossener Tür vor der Ferienwohnung. Diese ließ sich durch einen Defekt der Elektronik leider nicht öffnen. Nach 2 Stunden kam dann der Hausmeister und die Putzfrau und öffneten mit einem ganz einfachen Schlüssel die Tür. Für unseren Geschmack zu viel Spielerei an Licht und temperaturschalter. Ist viel zu kompliziert für eine Ferienwohnung hat uns leider etwas genervt. Ansonsten können wir die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Lage perfekt ein paar Minuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt. Wenn es warm ist, kann man die wunderbare Terrasse draußen nutzen. Wir waren im Winter da und konnten die tolle Sauna nutzen. Leider funktionierte auch die Fußbodenheizung im Wohnzimmer nicht nicht wirklich. Der Vermieter kam uns entgegen und übernahm die Rechnung von einem Abendessen. Allerdings erst nachdem ich nach drei Wochen noch einmal nachgefragt habe! Aber immerhin!

schöner Kurzurlaub mit super Sicht auf St. Severi und Dom

Bei schönstem Herbstwetter haben wir Erfurt mit seiner äußerst schönen Altstadt kennen gelernt. Da es noch so einiges in und um Erfurt zu entdecken gibt, kommen wir bestimmt noch mal wieder. Die moderne Wohnung im alten Speicher ließ fast keinen Wunsch offen. Außer den Duft von frisch gefilterten(!) Kaffee am Morgen;) es grüßt Familie Horstmann

Vom Kontakt zum Vermieter angefangen bis über die Wohnung selbst: Alles perfekt. Wohnung liegt wirklich ruhig - und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss 8oder noch kürzer mit der Strassenbahn) in die Stadt. Parkplatz ebenfalls kein Problem. Entweder der - der zur Wohnung gehört - oder großes Parkhaus gegenüber. Die Wohnung an sich entspricht genau den Beschreibungen - Luxus-Wohnung mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Details ausgestattet.Und es ist einfach nur zu wünschen das alle Mieter dies wertschätzen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist echt einfach - und der Vermieter ist sehr flexibel (wir konnten länger auf dem Parkplatz stehen). Alles in Allem: Jederzeit wieder!

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit gehobenen Niveau, fast schon Luxus. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmten mit dem Original voll und ganz überein. Bei heißen Temperaturen stand auch Wasser und eine Flasche Wein bei der Ankunft bereit. Es war schon spannend, die technischen Raffinessen zu entdecken und zu bedienen. Perfekte und ruhige Location für einen Städtetrip

Wir waren mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern zu Gast in der perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung. Auf zwei Etagen im oberen Teil des Hauses mit separatem Eingangsbereich bietet diese Raum für gemeinsames Kochen, Musikhören und Chillen auf der überdachten Dachterrasse. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Das Auto kann man auf dem bereit gestellten Parkplatz stehen lassen und Erfurt zu Fuß erkunden. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist prima. Mehr geht nicht ... fünf Sterne!

Wunderschönes, großzügiges Apartment

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen, großzügigen und besonderen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts vermissen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge auch einmal ohne Auto optimal.
