Apartment in the old warehouse

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the base of the house was built at the end of the 16th Century. The half-timbered house above was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated to a high standard in recent years. All inner walls of the house's outer shell are made of clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The apartment is divided into a small entrance area with a subsequent living and dining area with an open kitchen. A small hallway leads to the 3 separate bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms the bathroom can be reached directly from the room and from the third bedroom (largest) the bathroom is reached via the hallway. The equipment includes a very well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, W-LAN / Airprint printer and much more.

The apartment is only approx. 100 m from the next tram stop (with connection to the train station and airport).
It is 500m to the EGA entrance (south), 900m to the cathedral square, 1300m to the fish market and 1500m to the Krämer bridge.

    Wonderful Stay in Erfurt

    This is a wonderful, convenient apartment, perfect for a family stay. It's very well equipped, right around the corner from an excellent grocery store, at the edge of a tram stop and within walking distance to Dom Platz. The apartment is very quiet and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms are roomy and the bathrooms have heated floors. Communication with the owner was excellent.

    Tolle FeWo nahe der Altstadt

    Es ist eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die 3 Badezimmer. Zur Straßenbahn sind es 3 Minuten. Uns hat es dort eine Woche lang sehr gut gefallen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

    Wir waren zu sechst in der Ferienwohnung. Mit drei seperaten Badezimmern war es für uns ideal. Durch die nahe Lage zum Zentrum und Straßenbahn Ideal zum Erkunden von Erfurt. Allerdings waren die Badezimmer nicht so sauber geputzt. Die Matratzen der Betten waren zum Teil sehr weich. Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem,was man für ein paar schöne Tage braucht.

    Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit zur Altstadt. Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufen auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Rundum ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

    die ideale Wohnung mit kurzen Wegen um Erfurt zu entdecken, es ist wirklich Alles vorhanden um z.B. ein Weihnachtsmenü zu erstellen.     schöne Fewo in perfekter Lage.

    es war alles vorhanden in der wohnung was man für einen perfekten aufenthalt benötigt. die ersten 2 tage funktionierte leider das wlan nicht, wurde dann repariert. an der bettwäsche waren die reißverschlüsse kaputt, so dass die decke heraus rutschte. im 3. badezimmer ist das waschbecken sehr sehr klein… im anderen badezimmer hatte das waschbecken einen riss und dort war auch der cloddckel an einer seite nicht befestigt. hinweise auf mülltonnen waren nicht vorhanden. es war aber trotzdem ein toller urlaub.
