We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Grove! So many special touches — soft cookies at front desk, happy hour each evening for 2 hrs with local wine and snacks, great daily breakfast! Nice indoor swimming pool. Right across the street from the water with chairs and fire pits to use to watch the sunset over the water. The cleaning staff were also excellent, so pleasant and helpful. We will be back!

Hotel was pretty decent and centrally located, close to downtown Ephraim, and we had a pleasant stay. The only thing to be aware of, and this may have been due to the time of year, as we visited in late spring, is that the room was generally quite cold.

Cleanest hotel pool and hot tub! Every morning before breakfast, staff were cleaning the pool area, which was a warm, beautiful 2 story room with teak wood walls and ceiling, and many windows. Breakfast included spicy burritos, Danish, muffins, oatmeal, toast, etc. Coffee was available 24/7. There was a small wine tasting every evening in the little lobby. Staff are exceptionally friendly and hard working.

We had a great time here. The breakfast was good and the evening wine was an added treat. Watching the sunset over the lake on their beach or playing cards in their screen porch was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there were no screens on the window in our room. It would have been nice to have an evening breeze rather than using the air conditioner.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean. It had a beautiful deck facing the water across the street. My only complaint was our A/C blew up at 5:30 in the morning and was squealing until we shut it off. We lost the air and it got pretty hot in the room.

Very well maintained room and property. Pool was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly better than standard hotel free breakfast but pretty much what you'd expect. Hotel is within walking distance to most of Ephraim, though you have to walk along the main road with no sidewalk. Easy to walk to nature preserve at Anderson Pond, which was nice. Only negative about the hotel is the fitness room equipment is not in the best condition.

They literally thought of everything! Fresh coffee 24/7 in two different areas, Balcony’s facing the water, wine samples 5-7 in the lobby area, pool/jacuzzi for when it’s cold, and last but not least a Grill for those of us who’s husbands like grilling even on vacation! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! And breakfast can’t forget about that! Included in the room and delicious , stocked and clean area! Can’t say enough good things! 5 stars allllll around we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect get away for a couple days. we stayed first time. Love the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Coffee was really good at the front area. Water machine and a variety of flavors to add to your water. Played bags/cornhole and ventured across the street to the private beach. Weather was a tad cooler but beautiful sunshine. Relaxed on the lawn chairs. Pool & jacuzzi was refreshing! The main front desk girl was so sweet!! Rooms were very good with balcony. Would stay again!!
