Se anuncia como hotel pero no tiene servicios de hotel, no hay recepción (lo cual se anuncia) pero también se anuncia limpieza diaria lo cual nunca paso, solo hicieron un día la limpieza y eso porque nosotros la pedimos, el "encargado" mando a su nieta de 9 años a hacer la limpieza de la habitación la cual se realizo de forma muy deficiente y encima tuvimos que esperarnos todo el tiempo a que la hicieran porque el encargado no tenia copia de la llave de nuestra habitación. Nunca cambiaron la ropa de cama y a regañadientes nos cambiaron una sola vez las toallas, diciéndonos que "esa era la regla" que solo cambiaban una vez las toallas (en ningun lado dice) El precio que nos cobraron por expedia mas alto que si uno paga en persona, al principio estábamos solos, al día siguiente llegaron 2 familias a las cuales el encargado les cobro los cuartos en por lo menos $150 pesos menos que lo que nos costo en linea. Las familias que llegaron, hicieron escandalo hasta la madrugada, y como no hay recepción ni nadie que se haga cargo, pues nadie tampoco que pusiera orden, además CERO medidas de distancia, nunca hubo gel limpiador en ningún lado hasta el día en que nos fuimos, el encargado y nadie mas usaba cubrebocas y ya dijimos que nadie hizo limpieza diaria. La alberca no es mas que una pileta de agua ya que no tiene coladera o sea solo es agua literalmente estancada aunque cuando nosotros llegamos estaba limpia, cuando se fueron las otras familias quedo como agua de charcho.
