The dinner had excellent food. All the staff members were so helpful and the room was so clean you would have thought we were the first guests to use the room! The next time we visit family we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Loved the hotel but the bike ride up to the hotel was steep! If they cater to bikers they should incorporate a shuttle service to the hotel. Biking down the next day was easy and fast.

I can't believe how big the room was! I was running daily on the nearby C&O Canal towpath and returning to the room each evening. The Travelodge has been recently renovated and is impeccably clean. The room allowed me to spread out my gear, making repacking my hydration pack easy each morning. Great water pressure and temperature in the shower. Penny's Diner, adjacent to the Travelodge, offered breakfast 24/7, which made refueling at the end of a long day convenient, tasty, and very affordable! We stayed here for three nights and loved it!

Clean but lacks amenities

Very clean and up to date. Drawbacks were no coffee maker in room and no free breakfast. Price is almost identical to local motels with both. The diner was convenient but adding a $30 breakfast at the diner made the stay more expensive than other local places.
