We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Vista with our extended family including 5 grandchildren (ages five and under). There was plenty of room to spread out but also a large space on the upper level to come together to eat and play games while also enjoying the stunning views of the ocean (which was just a block away). We would definitely consider staying again!

Great stay!

The house had all the bells and whistles you would need. Highly recommended! A close enough view of the ocean, beach within 0.3 miles, great Restaurants within walking distance, jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms, a hot tub, tons of bedrooms, bathrooms, and nucekitchen!and even had an elevator.

Easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and activities. Lovely home, kitchen is very well stocked for large number of people. Hosts are quick with responses to questions. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The bunk bed room is great for kids, but it doesn't have a bathroom, so prepare to share bathrooms with those rooming upstairs.

This is such a tastefully decorated home with comfortable, modern looking looking furniture. There’s room on each floor for people to have their own space. It has beautiful beach views from all windows. We even saw dolphins from the house! Bonus points for the elevator which is so convenient for luggage and groceries. It was also very clean so kudos to the cleaning crew. It’s a short walk to the beach and coffee shops, donuts, restaurants, etc. Great location! Special thanks to Lindsay at Evolve who was immediately responsive when we couldn’t figure out the gas grill! We had a great time!

We had 6 couples for a long beach weekend and Coastal Vista was perfect! Lots of room for everyone whether preparing and eating meals together in the kitchen or hanging out on the deck. The kitchen was stocked with high quality cookware and had many amenities including a large icemaker. The location was great - just a short walk to the public beach access boardwalk. The elevator in the house came in handy when unloading and loading our belongings. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for group beach retreat

We had 6 couples staying at Coastal Vista for a long weekend and had a fabulous time! There was plenty of space for all, whether together for meals and hanging out on the deck or alone in smaller groups. The location is excellent with just a short walk to the beach access boardwalk. Great views of the ocean and watching the sunset from the deck. We loved Emerald Isle too - very friendly and a wonderful bike/walking trail through most of the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Family beach fun

First time using VRBO and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is. The owners, Russ & Lindsay were very helpful answering questions and getting right back to us. The house is beautiful, perfectly laid out for a large family with a very well equipped kitchen! Close to the all important things. (Grocery stores, ice cream & souvenir shops, donut shop, restaurants) The beach is close and very clean. Our family had a great time and fell in love with Emerald Isle!

We rented this beach house for a week and it met all of our expectations plus more. The house is well appointed with all amenities you would need. The modern and updated decor was very nice and comfortable. The house is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and has great views of the ocean.
