Our stunning Yurt boasts what most describe as the largest and comfiest bed they have ever slept in and we can add two extra single beds if needed. One of eleven tents in our meadow which also offers large communal kitchen, firepit pavillion & hot showers. There are 6 acres of gardens, paddocks and woodland for guests to enjoy, set around our 1/3 acre lake with a deck from which to enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. A beautiful & tranquil "oasis in the fens".
The space
There is nowhere else in Cambridgeshire that we know of where you can sleep under canvas in such an amazing bed! Our lakeside gardens are absolutely stunning and guests are welcome to swim in the lake, take out a pedalo or hire a paddle board. The perfect place to get away from it all and unwind.
Guest access
You'll have your yurt of course plus your own private eco toilet cabin, six seater picnic bench, BBQ and a good supply of charcoal. You then have use of the communal kitchen, showers & firepit pavilion. We have an onsite Bar & Cafe, "The Laughing Alpaca" (do check for opening times), plenty of open space for sports and games, pedalos and paddleboards for the lake plus a variety of other activities including Den Building, Slack Lining and Needle Felting.
