2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. The second room they gave us had a leak in the ceiling and got all of my wife and kids luggage wet. The leak in our room continued into the hall where parts of the ceiling were missing. The next morning we went to breakfast and when we came back to the room, the cards didn’t work. Overall, the hotel was pretty dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again and highly recommend against it.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly. There’s a Mexican restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious and the staff there friendly as well. Outdoor swimming pool and continental breakfast. It is less than five minutes away from the mall and Walmart. Next time I go to New York, I will definitely be staying there again!

It was fine for a night, but lacking overall. The breakfast needed some major upgrades. Additionally, the whole property needs a major revision. On the good side, we interacted with 3 different staff members and they were very careful to help us, going out of their way accordingly.
