One night minimum rental. This fully remodeled and updated studio condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Ellicottville. Located conveniently on the 1st floor/ground level. With a cozy living room featuring a murphy bed and sofa bed, guests can relax and recharge after a day of exploring, skiing, hiking, or shopping. The bathroom is equipped with soaps, towels, and a hair dryer for added convenience. WiFi is available throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this welcoming townhome offers a peaceful retreat for your getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. We are centrally located within walking distance to town and across the street from Holiday Valley skiing, Sky high adventure park, the Oasis Spa at HV, and the golf course.

The space:
As you walk into the condo, you are greeted by our newly remodeled kitchen, equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. There is a Keurig coffee maker, compete with K cups. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots/pans, utensils, dinnerware, silverware, cups, and coffee mugs. The dining area features a table that seats 4 comfortably. There is a queen size murphy bed in the living area as well as a sofa bed. Extra linens are provided as well as pillows and cozy blankets. Above the fireplace is a smart tv, and the entire unit provides access to wifi. The outdoor patio is covered and has 2 chairs.

We are very flexible to your special needs as we are local to the area. Discuss with us what you may need, whether it be early check-in, late check-out, or if you'd like us to provide something special for the guests; Such as decorations, local wine or treats... We will try our best to make it happen. Fees may apply.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. The place is very cozy and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Cute little area and only a four minute drive from all the shops and restaurants. We plan on staying again soon for a nice adult getaway when winter season hits. Perfect spot!
