Requested and confirmed a late checkout for noon. At 0900, maid walks in, without knocking, I told her we had a late checkout. At 1045, she tries to open the door. At 1100, I run an errand, my spouse was in the shower and the front desk lady comes in, to tell us we needed to leave. I took her a checkin form that indicated a late checkout. The front desk, didn’t apologize. It’s unacceptable to barge into someone’s room, multiple times. This will be addressed

Just ok

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff just stared at us as we walked by. Not very friendly. There was no comfortable place to sit in the room. No chair. No table. Also the tile around the pool area is extremely slick. My grandkids both fell. Luckily they did not hit their heads. Whoever thought this tile was for a pool area was very wrong. Someone will end up getting hurt.

We were there for a girls weekend. Everything was very clean. I use to be a travel agent and when i went to hotels i looked over everything so i would know if i would ever recommend the hotel. I still do that even though i am not an agent any longer. The hotel was very ni e and there Employees wre all very helpful and polite.
