Nice comfortable Hotel

The hotel itself could use a renovation. However, the bed was super comfortable, the water was hot, the room was very spacious, and it had a great price. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again.

The only positive to this hotel was that it was dog friendly and we were staying with dogs but it ends at that. The facilities were disgusting, incredibly unclean, stinky and sticky. Amenities were non existent, there were tiny, cheap and horrible quality toiletries, the pool was closed and the lights/ outlets in the room decided when and if they wanted to work which was rarely. The pet friendly areas were fine, they served their purpose and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Great friendly staff. A comfortable room that was chean. The bathroom was clean and had a nice bathtub/shower combo which is getting harder to find. Last but not least is the price that half what surrounding hotels charge for lesser service and sub par rooms

Ok facilities, poor response to Awkward situation

We arrived in the evening after a six hour drive from Ohio. The room was fine but our experience was not. The couple in the adjoining room had very loud intercourse starting at 3:30a. It was so loud it woke myself, my husband, my 15 year old son, and his friend. It was uncomfortable for all. After an hour I went to the front desk and ask that she make a call for a noise complaint. She called the wrong room! My husband said she called our room by the time we got back. Then my dog was awake because of the commotion so I walked him to the front to take him outside and asked again for the woman at the front desk to call the adjoining room. Never once did she offer to move us rooms or offer a discount or even knock on the door. This had been going on for two hours (ridiculously) at this point. We couldn’t get back to sleep so we packed everything up. Breakfast wasn’t ready yet, as it was 6:30 in the morning, so we left very tired and hungry. Not a good way to start our spring break.

Rooms overall were not in very good condition. Musty smell in main room. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Shower head looked very old. Refrigerator fan was making loud noise so had to unplug it. Overall not a good experience.

Scarce breakfast

Very disappointed in the continental breakfast. No bagels, bread, or muffins. Only hot items were biscuits/gravy and make your own waffles. Only fruit was apples, also no oatmeal. Hot water (for tea) was cold. :( It’s not hard to put out some pop tarts and granola bars! Drove straight to the drive thru to get an actual breakfast! :(

Over one month after I stayed here, they charged me AGAIN for a stay. I already paid the first time and now I’m getting the run around. Promises of the $ back but no follow up. Will never stay here again and will recommend anyone else not stay here.

Broken doors outdated and the door that joined the 2 rooms was broken and could be opened to the other room. People working the desk were kind. Never again would I stay here especially with a family.

This property is old and is in desperate need of an update. The first room we were put in had a broken refrigerator and the phone was flashing and couldn't be fixed. The front desk manager eventually put us in the king suite. He was very nice and did his best to accommodate us. Unfortunately this property is just too old and run down.

It was actually very nice. Clean room, ac actually worked, beds were very comfortable and very quiet. Only issue I had was the pillows were to soft for me, but otherwise it was great.

Our check in was ok minus the fact all 3 rooms were the same. I do believe that i had ordered a room with a couch but didnt received that which was k because i wanted all rooms together with an animal. The price was all the same. I think should have been cheaper of course. 2 rooms had lots of problems the minute we got rooms opened sometimes cards did not work. Mold in some places around the room. Ceiling leaked in one room. Bedding looked like was not washed had stains on them and crusty feeling.
