The complex is located between two protected areas Environment, so the setting is quiet and relaxed. A 600 m is the village of La Marina del Pinet with many shops, bars and restaurants. 8 km is Santa Pola, lively life, with diving schools and windsurfing, a nice fishing port and all services in general. The route passes through Salinas Natural Park of Santa Pola. Alicante airport is 20 km and Alicante town 25. There are several golf courses in the immediate environment.
The beach stretches along 8 km and is 500 meters from the house; walk is a walk in 6 minutes.
The house has 100 m2 distributed over 2 floors; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room; outer space is terraced.

Another enjoyable visit!
As with our last visit we had a wonderful holiday, this time with an extra family member who also thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Mimi met us promptly and we found the property immaculately clean and tidy as last time, with welcome provisions on arrival. The house is a home from home with everything and more you could possibly need from a holiday rental. The weather was generally kind to us and even though the evenings were chilly - it was March after all- we enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches on the terrace in warm sunshine. The bird watching was great! We visited local nature reserves at Hondo, Clot de Galvany and Lo Pagan but it was a real pleasure to walk around the salinas at El Pinet itself. Thanks again Salvador and Victoria- we will return soon! Sincere thanks for returning my sunglasses! You are so kind and it is much appreciated.

Comfortable well equipped house!
Lovely villa in which to spend a holiday! A warm welcome from Mimi who showed us round. Everything provided to make our stay perfect. Fresh fruit milk biscuits and drinks meant we could start relaxing straight away. The villa had everything we could possibly want. The area was quiet and peaceful. Car was needed. Great communication throughout from owners. Thank you Victoria and Salvador.

Superbe logement très bien équipé sur 2 étages , terrasses au rez-de-chaussée et au deuxième , grand balcon sur une chambre , proche de la plage. Un petit paradis...Excellents contacts avec nos hôtes , charmant accueil ,C'était parfait !Nous recommandons vivement .

Hervorragend in jeder Hinsicht !!
Wir haben dieses Haus genossen, alles war gut durchdacht organisiert in diesem Haushalt. Ausrichtung der Terrasse und der 2 großen Balkone Richtung Süden, d.h. Sonne und Wärme den ganzen Tag. Genau richtig, wenn man dem trüben, kühlen Herbst und Winter in Deutschland entfliehen möchte. Super-Vermieter, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auf alle Fragen reagieren!

Como en mi casa.....o quiza mejor
La zona ya la conocia por lo que no hubo sorpresas. La casa es sensacional , no eche de menos nada que tuviera en mi casa , no solo aire acondicionado , desde sabanas o toallas de calidad ( no algo barato de los chinos ) hasta el mas minimo detalle ya sea cafetera de capsulas ( con capsulas ) a sartenes , papel de cocina, limpiahogar....etc.
Espero repetir.
