Meine Meinung

Die Lage der Wohnung sowie ihre Aufteilung sind sehr gut. Und auch der erste Eindruck war durchaus ansprechend. Bei näherer Benutzung der Wohnung zeigte sich jedoch, dass vieles renovierungsbedürftig ist (z.B. die Sanitäranlagen). Die Küche weist ein Sammelsurium von Gegenständen auf, die ohne Struktur verstaut sind Hinzu kam, dass die einzelnen Küchenschränke und- schubladen nicht sauber waren. Wir mussten anfangs für die Nutzung einige Fächer und Schubladen reinigen und Besteck und Geschirr spülen. Außerdem störten uns auch die vielen angefangenen Lebensmittel und Putzmittel, die in wenig sauberen Fächern aufbewahrt werden. Oben im Solarium ist die Ausstattung nicht unbedingt nutzbar, da vieles einfach aufeinandergeschichtet und Mängel aufweist. Mein Fazit: Wenn der Besitzer mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit legen sowie einige Renovierungen vornehmen würde, wäre das eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung, insbesondere wegen der einmaligen Lage und Aufteilung der einzelnen Räume. Dann wäre auch der Mietpreis angemessen.

La ubicación es perfecta y las vistas a la playa y el mar, una maravilla, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar con toda la familia. Carmelo ha sido muy amable y ha estado atento a cualquier inconveniente, solucionándolo inmediatamente.
