That's a small hike (45mins - 1 hour) along several waterfalls. It starts at the Piedra Pintada (take a bus or cab) and then you just have to follow the path. After maybe 20 mins you will see a big rock with a painted arrow on it; don't go straight there but take the small path on your left side. To return, you can either go back the same way or follow the path over the hills.
This little bird in El Valle stopped at the orchid sanctuary to feed on some cracker crumbs on a table and was kind enough to pose long enough for a photo!
