Beautifully decorated with attention to detail, this lovely adults only flat near the beach is ideal for couples, friends and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 6 people and has 300mb Fibre Wifi Internet access. With three double bedrooms, the main one with queen size bed, sea views and en suite bathroom, the second one has a double bed and the third one has two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It has two complete bathrooms in total, shower and bathtub, a bright and functional independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, a cosy living-dining room where you can have lunch and disconnect, while contemplating the panoramic ocean views. Also in this room, you will have a 42" Smart TV and access to a cozy covered and glazed terrace with chill-out area. This property has all the ingredients to enjoy an excellent holiday, it also has a private parking space and a lift in the building for greater comfort.
In an unbeatable location, with the beach of La Nea and the Radazul Marina just a few minutes walk from the house, perfect to disconnect by taking a nice walk or a swim in the area, where there is always a good climate.
