Great 2 bedroom apartment with terrace, located in a nice complex with pool. It is located in El Ancla, one of the most prestigious residencial areas of El Puerto de Santa Maria. In the complex you find green areas and a pleasant silence and security, so you can fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Located just 400 meters from the beach (a 5-10 minutes walk), this apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds. Its maximum capacity is 5 people, the fifth in an extra bed in the spacious living room (with surcharge).
With its modern and practical decoration, it is remarkable for its large porch-terrace, with a covered part that allows you to enjoy it for lunch or dinner or just for relaxing in your spare time.
It has two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, and is located on the ground floor of the building, which gives you direct access to the pool.

Muy muy recomendable
La localización excelente (playa maravillosa a 10 min andando), la urbanización muy agradable, el apartamento impecable, limpio y muy bien equipado; muy cómodo al acceder directamente desde el jardín delantero y con la terraza del salón abierta al jardín de la piscina. El trato con el profesional inmobiliario muy correcto, las fotografías reflejan fielmente la realidad. Ideal para familias con o sin niños, para parejas, para vida más activa o sólo de descanso.

warme Nachsaisontage in Jerez
App.komplett ausgestattet, alles sauber und intakt. Leider war der Pool schon wg. Nachsaison geschlossen, also sind wir in den Atlantik gesprungen:-))
