Elegant and beautiful 2nd floor condo, just 300 steps from Cerritos Beach

THE AREA
Welcome to our beach home, in the heart of Cerritos Beach on the Pacific Ocean. This is the perfect vacation rental to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer, including the most popular swimming and surfing beach in Cerritos, as well as hiking in the nearby Sierra de la Laguna mountains, and shopping in the quaint old world town of Todos Santos, famous for the Hotel California, just a 15 to 20 minute drive away.

THE SPACE
Our beach pad has everything you'll need to feel right at home, including the modern open air kitchen with an island, stocked with a coffee maker and coffee, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, six burner gas cooktop and oven, and a full size refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. To complete the setup, there's plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, cocktail glasses and everything you'll need to mix margaritas and other beverages of your choice.
The living room has a large sofa and new 55 inch Sony TV that streams hundreds of channels as well as Netflix and YouTube. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, and both bedrooms open on to a private balcony overlooking the desert landscapes. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own A/C unit and controller and blackout curtains. Additionally, we've provided guests with deluxe bath towels and bed sheets to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

OTHER AMENITIES
Our home is equipped with the latest water filtration system and the water dispenser and crushed ice from the full size refrigerator are double filtered. The front balcony offers a beautiful view of the secluded pool area that's surrounded by a lush, manicured garden oasis. Enjoy your morning coffee there or take advantage of the large gas grill with searing station for getting fish, burgers and steaks cooked perfectly. Our place also comes with a foam surfboard, great for beginners, four boogie boards, four Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We've also provided some family friendly board games and playing cards.

GUEST ACCESS
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our bilingual guest host who can help you get settled in and ready to enjoy your relaxing beach vacation. We've provided a guest visitors welcome book that includes a list of the most popular local restaurants, places to visit and service providers for surf lessons, excursions and massages as well as urgent care and pharmacy information. Our guests have access to the community amenities including two pools, lounging areas, poolside restrooms and an outdoor shower. Free onsite guest parking is also available. Located on our property is the excellent restaurant, Casa Maya, serving dinner most nights of the week, (please check for times and days of operation and seasonal closures). Should you have any questions or concerns, our guest host is available during regular business hours to help take care of your unforeseen issue or needs.

INTERNET AND TVs
Guests have access to the internet and there is a work station for those on a working holiday. The internet supports emails, browsing, Skype, Zoom and streaming. Besides the TV in the living area, the guest bedroom has a wall mounted TV streaming Netflix, YouTube and NFL +, NFL Redzone and others.
SAFETY
Your safety is a priority and we've provided a first aid kit. Fire extinguishers are located in the common areas and emergency numbers are posted. For that additional peace of mind, our condo complex has security guards monitoring the property including the guest parking areas from sundown to sunrise.
