Everything was excellent, staff friendly n welcoming. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pool did not look clean/had something oily floating on top. We did not swim. But stay was great n room nice. Would recommend n will stay again.

Front desk employee was sitting on the lobby couch watching TV when we arrived. Multiple guests reports of bed bugs in the rooms, none in ours. No linens for fold out bed. Dirty rooms and common areas. Multiple guest lingering in the hallways all night that gave an uncomfortable vibe. Would NOT stay here again with the family.

I will never return.

The bed was broken. Center of the bed was collapsed upon arrival. The room was not fully clean. Towels were not in place (missing) bathroom ceiling was leaking from the room above. Trash by elevator all over the floor. Elevator was dirty displayed debris on floor and empty paper cup. Overall the place was just ran down. Needs major improvement with bedding and interior of the rooms

Only some eggs and 1 biscuit available, no bacon or sausage at 8:15 am. Supposedly had breakfast until 9 am. Had kids running in rooms around us until about 11pm.
