The hotel itself is a little tired but great location for visiting Gibraltar (by foot- only 10 min walk to border) and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and asset to the hotel. Room also tired but comfortable, hot shower, and nice to have the balcony overlooking the water. Parking at the hotel (secure, underground) was incredibly easy and ample spaces - (€12/24hr). Breakfast was busy but had many options, would recommend. Overall, would recommend for visiting Gibraltar. Staff were 5*.

Loved everything, the huge bed , large balcony, helpful staff and convenience for Gibraltar. Only criticism is it only has 2 lifts and at busy times it could take a long time to get one .

Great place just outside Gibraltar

We were a group of 46 on full-board basis, the service provided and quality of food served was excellent.

There were lot of hair in the toilet, inside the bar, on the wc and on the floor of the toilet. The room was good however the ceiling and wall were damaged showing sing of aging. The desk had burnt damage and was also a little bit torn off. There were dead animals or grime built up on the bottom of the swimming pool. Lift was taking long to arrive and the breakfast was starting only at 7.30

The only staff at the property who were polite and helpful were the cleaning staff, they made that hotel a 5* but the rest was below 2*. The manager had arranged to meet me due to complaints made last year, to be told he no longer works there and any requests he made haven’t been acknowledged, I was to email the new manager and he’ll contact me when he had time. The property walls flooring etc wasn’t great, but the food was amazing. Very hard to say I’d stay here again, after using this hotel for 6 years on going every year, it’s dropped in standards.

We stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of Gibraltar and it being better value than staying in Gib itself. It was a 10-min walk to the border. It was 5-min walk to the centre of La Línea with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Room was a good size and breakfast choice was good. The beach is also close by. The hotel has a pool but we didn’t use it as we were out sightseeing each day.
