Vacation apartment "FeWo-Bodensee-Suedwind" in Heudorf, a picturesque village in the beautiful Hegau region, very close to Lake Constance (close to Stockach). Our apartment is an oasis of peace and sustainability, ideal for 2 adults and up to 3 children.
The apartment is spread over two levels. In good weather, the south-facing balcony offers a breathtaking view as far as the Alps and over the entire village, which is surrounded by fields and forests.

What makes our Bodensee-Suedwind vacation apartment so special is its environmentally friendly wood-based construction. It has excellent thermal insulation and produces its own electricity thanks to solar panels on the roof and a large electricity storage unit. It is heated with a modern air/heat pump and underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment.
The apartment is therefore self-sufficient in terms of electricity and heating.

The apartment is spread over two levels. On the lower level, you will find a cozy open-plan kitchen with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction stove, oven, coffee pod machine (Senseo), kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils. In good weather, the south-facing balcony offers a breathtaking view of the Alps and the entire village, which is surrounded by fields and forests.

The kitchen area, dining room and living room are open plan with direct access to the balcony and a wonderful view outside.

There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a large, comfortable cosy double bed. There is plenty of storage space in a large wooden wardrobe.

The bathroom, which is also on the ground floor, has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and a vanity unit. The price includes one towel and one shower towel per person per stay. A hairdryer is also available.

A special feature is the children's/teen area on the second level (sleeping gallery), which can be reached via a staircase. There are books (also for adults) and toys to keep the little ones entertained. For families with small children under the age of 6, we offer to move the mattresses from the upper area down to the living room. However, this is up to each family to decide. Small children should not climb the second level on their own, but parents are welcome to accompany them. If you have any questions, please contact us. A high chair and a travel cot are available on request.

The location of our apartment is perfect for nature lovers. Just a few minutes' walk away you will find forests, hills and beautiful meadows with breathtaking views over the entire village and the surrounding countryside as far as the Alps. Heudorf has its own nature reserve, the "Heudorfer Ried", where there is plenty to discover (beaver lodges, water buffalo...). The surrounding area is perfect for short and long hikes. Small guided hikes can also be accompanied on request. For action lovers there are many beautiful mountain bike and eMTB routes in the woods. Just ask us for tips here on site.

Lake Constance, the beautiful Danube valley and the Hegau mountains are just a few minutes' drive away. The Black Forest and nearby Switzerland are ideal for short excursions. Ideas for excursions for the whole family in the surrounding area are available as flyers in the apartment. Of course, we are happy to provide regional tips free of charge at any time 😊.

There are numerous indoor swimming pools, fun pools and outdoor pools in the surrounding area.

Golf enthusiasts will find several unique golf courses nearby. (Langenstein Castle Golf Course)

In the neighboring villages there are all the shopping facilities you need for daily life. Here you can simply contact us and we will be happy to explain everything to you.

There are numerous regional restaurants in the village and the surrounding area if you don't feel like cooking yourself.

There is a table with benches in the garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a meal. Next to the table is a charcoal barbecue where you can grill as you wish (please bring your own charcoal and kindling). Children can play and run around in the garden. There is also a large orchard just 200 meters from the apartment, where you can pick apples straight from the tree in autumn or enjoy a relaxed picnic on sunny days.

There is also a lovely playground for our younger guests just a few minutes' walk away. Our own 3 children are also happy to meet new faces and children.

We attach great importance to the fact that our prices are not seasonal, so you can expect fairly calculated prices at any time of the year without increased prices during school vacations.

We warmly welcome all guests, but we must point out that animals and pets are unfortunately not permitted in our vacation apartment.

Die Wohnung war super, für unseren Urlaub mit drei Übernachtungen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöner Balkon, wo wir die Abende genießen konnten mit tollem Ausblick auf die Umgebung.Was einem bewusst sein sollte: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die oberen Betten haben keine Tür, sondern nur Vorhänge, hat uns aber nicht gestört.
