The holiday house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee, so all amenities such as the beach, the dunes, the cozy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and shops are just around the corner!

At the front of the holiday home is the bright, cozy living room with a cozy sitting area, TV, dining table and kitchen. From this area you can walk through to the back to the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a sink and there is a separate toilet. Here you can also find the two double bedrooms, each with a double bed. A nice bench is available for guests on a cozy little square in front of the house and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee are also located at walking distance!

Im allgeminem der Ort war super. Die Wohnung an sich auch. Mängel wie defekte Stühle, fehlende Wandlampe wurden während des Aufenthalt angemerkt. (Austausch der Stühle) Nichts ist passiert. Sehr Gast unfreundlichKein entgegenkommmen ( ausser ein 5% copoun für den nächsten Aufenthalt) sorry aber da möchte ich nicht mehr hin. Einfach kein Entgegenkommen zu erwarten!Sehr schade! Denn die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Auch wichtig zu erwähnen ist, es gibt kein Fenster in den Schlafzimmern welche geöffnet werden können sehr stickigie Luft. Das war für uns mit ein echter Störfaktor 1500 für 5 Tage war die Wohnung nicht unbedingt wert.

Wir haben uns mehr erhofft für diesen Preis!

Die Lage ist super. Die Aufteilung der Räume auch. Schade, dass es keine richtigen Fenster gibt, die man komplett öffnen kann. In den Schlafzimmern sind nur Dachfenster. Da die Stange defekt war, konnten wir diese nicht öffnen. Der Reinigungsdienst hat eine Menge dazuzulernen. Der Boden war sandig. Unter der Couch und auf und hinter dem Fernsehen wurde ewig nicht mehr geputzt. In den Händen der Couch ist Dreck, der sich seit langer Zeit angesammelt hat. Auch hat sich die Verkleidung der Kühlschranktür immer wieder gelöst. Die Wände und Fußleisten sind sehr mitgenommen. Das Bad und die Dusche ist aber sehr groß! Leider war das Waschbecken im Bad verstopft.
