One staff member was not very friendly and made rude comments. Room looked like it was being updated, but still need some additional work. The beds were very comfy and the TV worked well. But the couch was sunken in and hard to sit on, the bathroom door was dirty and had rusted hinges, the walls in the tub had something weird on them, there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen, the plumbing was leaking, and the fridge needed to be cleaned. Also the free breakfast only consisted of cereal, bagels, toast and a pancake machine, no protein options. Half the juices in the machine were out and there was coffee and hot water, but no tea bags.

The room that I booked did not look like the room that was on the website. The carpet was very dirty. The room needs an immediate tension for upgrade chip paint dresser drawers won’t stay in place. All of them were sticking out when I walked in, although I will say it’s a great location, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone until the owner of this property upgrade and paint this facility. The hallways are chipped with paint. The manager was very nice and accommodated me with the upgrade. I went to that room and it had carpet stains all over it in the Jacuzzi was all chipped the way old and this is not how anyone should run a business when you want individuals to come and stay at your place. You treat them like they are at home. Hospitality must be on point. I will never take the personality or Hospital from the staff as far as customer service, but however, these rooms what you pay for you’re gonna be very disappointed they need to be shut down for a lease a couple of deeds to redo, painting, upgrading, shampooing all the rugs in these rooms because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I had to go through now I see why the prices are low all I’m telling you all is don’t waste your money. Look around get the best for your book. I will take pictures now of it, but the rugs are horrible although the bed was made properly, but all the drawers was hanging out with the manager had to stick paper underneath the drawers to keep them from falling down so I can put my clothes in.
