Overall, a decent hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Pool was closed for renovations, which they informed us of so it was not an issue. The two issues were the heating in the room was not adequate. It just did not get warm no matter how high we turn up the heat. The other issue is the mattress was so hard did not make for a great night of sleep.

WOW💖This place is perfect! We stayed two nights. The moment we walked in we fell in love. It was spacious and it was clean. We felt like home. The whole layout was great. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, eating area. Staff was super friendly.The welcome we felt when we stepped out and when we returned a. There was a small grocery store. It was so pretty so clean. They had everything you needed from eggs to wine, deli & bakery. Oh my goodness it was perfect. Few shopping stores and plenty of great restaurants were opened, walking distance too. Of course there was other people staying in this hotel, but barely heard a peep. It was so quiet It was just my husband and I celebrating another year of being together. We are definitely staying here again

We came up here to get away from the city for a few days. The Newport was just what we were looking for! It was as clean as could be. Everybody at the front desk was so nice and helpful. It had a pool and hot tub that were very busy. I would definitely recommend staying here.
