Spacious and cozy with hardwood floors throughout. Beautifully restored to its original 1920’s glory. Set up to meet your needs. Clean, uncluttered spaces, full kitchen,
Wi-Fi, and the basics for an easy stay. Third bedroom offers office space in addition to bunk beds. Relax on the front porch in this lovely neighborhood. Just a few blocks from main street’s offering of coffee shops, restaurants & entertainment. MCT bus stop across the street for easy access to SIUE & St. Louis.

The unit has a large, sunny kitchen set up to meet your cooking and beverage needs, and lovely dining room and living room area to gather and relax. Smart TVs in living room and first two bedrooms. Note that this is the main level apartment in a 3-unit bungalow. All apartments have separate entrances. Great little house.
Love this older home with a ton of great updates. Super clean with nice touches of nice towels, coffee and creamer, and soap/shampoo and conditioner We loved our stay. There are 2 other apartments in the home so you will hear other people in your stay but it didn’t bother us at all.
