MiMi's By The Sea is a modern, gorgeously decorated second-row, two-story home, the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy a holiday together. Relax in the tastefully decorated living room and gaze out of three huge sliding glass doors that span the length of the house as you watch the shrimp boats and pelicans drift across the Atlantic. Kids and families alike will love the quick, direct access to the beach. The new private pool is a vacation dream come true. Cooking is a joy in the huge, fully equipped kitchen with counter space everywhere! The kitchen has all the extras you need to prepare everything from a full-course dinner to a delightful lunch for two. Enjoy the breeze on the main deck beautifully decorated in Southern-style wicker. Entertain the whole gang or relax and take a nap in the lounge chair. Step out your bedroom door and rise above it all on the huge second-story sunshine deck, complete with rocking chairs. Great beach house

We have loved this house for multiple years. The ice maker was a great addition this year. The repair of the outside shower was also a welcome improvement. We used it everyday. This house is in the perfect location. Beach access is easy. The pool is great. So relaxing after a long day at the beach. The house had lots of room for our family.
