The hotel is on a good location. It’s clean.Some of the stuff is not very kind. They offer good breakfast, but only if you have enough time to wait the breakfast to be prepared and served. The rooms are comfortable. But the suite on the 3 rd floor is very luxury ❤️and best suit i have ever been.

Ailecek bir gece grand suit odada konakladık. Gece su kesildi küveti dolduramadık duşta alamadık. Duş hortumu patlak dağılmış haldeydi büyük sabit duş başlığı yalnızca süs su bağlantısı yok. Banyo kapısı kapanmıyor dili bozuk sürekli açık. Işıklandırmadan mı nereden geldiğini anlayamadığımız bir gürültü vardı uyutmadı ayrıca ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü dışarıdaki tüm gürültü içerideydi. Gece oda ısısı düştü üşüdük. Su problemini görevli arkadaşla görüştüğümüzde çözüm üretemediler su depodan geliyormuş başka bir oda su kullandığımda size kalmayabiliyor bu doğalmış. Kötü bir deneyimdi.

Das Zimmer rich sehr stark nach Parfum ähnlichen Gerüchen. Die Bettwäsche roch an mehreren Stellen unterschiedlich. Es war sehr unangenehm darin zu schlafen. Das personal sagte dass das Zimmer und das Bett mit einem Raumspray besprüht werden. Ich denke damit sollen unangenehmere Gerüche bedeckt werden. Der Flur roch nach Urin und Klo. Zudem war es sehr laut, man konnte jeden weitern Gast in den Zimmern nebenan hören, auch den Fernseher. Ich verstehe die positiven Rezensionen in keinster Weise. Zum Glück war es nur eine Nacht zur Durchreise.

Ziyaretimizden çok memnun kaldık. Otel gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Servis oldukça efektifti. Personel de güler yüzlü ve bir sorumuz olduğunda hemen yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısı beklentilerimizden çok daha üstündü. Şehir merkezine de epey yakın bir otel. Edirne'yi tekrar ziyaret ettiğimizde kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir otel.

Öncelikle otel personeli çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlüydü. Her türlü yarımı seve seve yaptılar. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz. Otelin yeri çok güzeldi. Her yere araba ile 3-5 dk mesafedeydi. Kolaylıkla araç parkı bulduk. Kaldığımız oda mükemmeldi. Hem çok temiz, hem çok ferahtı. Banyo da çok güzeldi. Ayrıca balkonu da süperdi. Son olarak kavaltısı da çok lezzetli ve özenle hazırlanmış, bol çeşitliydi. Özetle çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik. Tüm personele çok teşekkür ederiz.
