The staff were wonderful! We felt so taken care of from the moment we walked in. The aparthotel was really cool! The decor was fun and inside was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and we LOVED that there were all eco friendly products. Close to all the sites, but situated on a quiet street, it was the perfect place to stay. We will be back!

We loved the modern, streamlined lobby- no check-in desk, the hotel staff were out front ready to assist. We were never worried about safety, but this hotel felt among the safest we've ever stayed in. The rooms have a well-furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture, and very comfortable beds. Our kids stayed on a pullout couch that felt like a regular double bed. The shower was fantastic- great pressure, large enough to move in, with nice shampoo and conditioner supplied. The staff were what made this experience fantastic, though. Outgoing, accommodating, with a customer service focus.

The location is wonderful, ideally situated near both Princes st and the Royal mile with a view of Edinburgh castle straight up. I regret not taking advantage of the free breakfast until we were leaving. Our room was a castle view room with elevator access which was paramount as I knew I'd be walking everywhere on a very bad knee. The nearby castle lot, while not cheap is significantly discounted with a stay here make certain to ask. A few things to note, fantastic showers, comfortable bed, and clean and well run facilities. The laundry room was much appreciated as was the lounge. A lovely stay, would come again..

As a very frequent hotel stayer, I'll admit I'm often hard to impress, but my recent break at Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity in Edinburgh didn't just meet expectations—it completely exceeded them. This was an absolutely amazing stay, and we will certainly be back. Service and Staff Excellence The staff here were genuinely amazing. They were friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. We had a very small issue with a window mechanism, and the maintenance team handled it swiftly, efficiently, and without any disruption to our plans. I even appreciated the small touch of being offered a loan of a brolly for the duration of our stay—a definite plus in Edinburgh! The convenient luggage storage on arrival and departure also made logistics seamless. Location and Features The apartment itself was brilliant. The views of Edinburgh Castle were truly stunning, providing a memorable backdrop to the entire trip. Inside, the modern touches stood out, particularly the snazzy electric blinds, which were a subtle but very welcome luxury feature. For any discerning traveller looking for top-tier service, fantastic accommodation, and a location with unforgettable views, I cannot recommend Wilde Aparthotels enough.
