Poor

This is a poor apartment, even with the low cost. It needs a serious overhaul - there are holes in walls, skirting board falling off, and the sofa was so stained I didn’t dare sit on it. It needs a good clean - certain cooking items were filthy. There is no proper heating, just two portable heaters. This was fine for the bedroom, but the lounge/diner/ kitchen area has a very high ceiling which a small electric heater cannot touch.
