Please note: the 2nd bedroom will be set up as a super king-size unless specifically requested as 2 x singles.

For additional parking, please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex, as restrictions are set by the local council and may change seasonally and from year to year. We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.
