Very bad experience. Staff were very rude. I complained twice about the A/C not cooling well, and they kept saying we have fixed it. I asked for a bottle of water as it was complimentary; they gave me only 2, given that I had booked a family room as we were 4 of us. They said to drink tap water.

The hotel was great near all attractions. The issue I had was I needed to cancel a room but couldn’t do it through Expedia. They advised to contact the hotel directly, but as I’d booked and paid through Expedia I couldn’t cancel it direct. So ended up paying for a room and a breakfast that I didn’t use.
