A terrific location. When we arrived, the entryway is downstairs from the main foyer, and we wondered if the place seemed a bit tired. However, once we got to our room and met the staff, we could not have been happier with everything that was offered. Staff were incredibly attentive and the room was clean uncomfortable. Good location, good value. Highly recommend.

The breakfast is great and the staff is very supportive. I had to catch my flight early in the am and one of the staff actually came downstairs with me to help locate my cab. I thought that was very sweet of them. The rooms are super comfy and cozy. Love the location as you are right by Waverley and you can walk down to the Scott memorial and access Old Town just a hop, skip and jump away!

Minimal interaction with staff after initial checkin. Rooms are only cleaned if you request it in the AM. If you're fussy, this won't work for you. Great location, one block off Princes Street, tram and Waverly train station. Breakfast offered for a fee. I would stay here again
