I would not stay here again.
We were deeply disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this property to anyone.First, communication was incredibly frustrating. The host reached out to us multiple times before arrival asking when we’d get there so they could greet us — yet they never replied to our messages and never showed up.When we arrived, both entrances to the apartment were wide open, leaving the unit completely unsecured in what felt like a rather sketchy apartment complex. The first impression didn’t improve from there: cleaning supplies were left out on the kitchen counter, and the entire flat reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. It was dirty throughout, with signs that the space had recently hosted parties — clutter everywhere and a general lack of care.The bathrooms had carpeted floors, which felt unsanitary, and they provided only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for two bathrooms. There was also visible black mold in the piano room and bathroom corners — a serious health concern.A few other lowlights:•The fancy espresso machine didn’t even turn on.•The shower had terrible water pressure.•The apartment was uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning, and several windows were literally screwed shut, making ventilation impossible.•Most concerning of all: there was a live animal in the ceiling scratching and moving around at night, keeping us up.
