Parking is on the street and usually enough of space for a few cars(Mon- Sat 8am-6.30pm pay at the machine, maximum stay 4 hours and Sunday 12:30pm - 6:30pm).

Once was enough

This tiny apartment was clean inside but the entrance stairwell was dingy, dirty and in need of a paint job. The location is not bad but the castle was barely visible through one window, and a good 20 minute walk away. The street was rather dark at night. The yard would be nice but it’s entirely impassable and overgrown with weeds. For four adults it was cramped.

A great place to stay for our visit to The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo at the castle. Very comfortable apartment for our family of 6.

Great location!

We spent two nights to attend the Edinburgh Tattoo. The location was perfect to walk to the castle and very close to shops and pubs. The only hiccup was not being able to log on to the app for some reason and get the passcode for access. I emailed asking if there was another option and didn’t hear back. Our group computer expert finally got the app to work. Would definitely stay again when we come back.
